Course Access Rules

Lynx 3D Learn retains intellectual property rights in all course content. Students retain full rights to original work they create during courses (projects, portfolios). We may use anonymized student work for promotional purposes with permission.

Payment Terms

Fees are as stated on the registration page. Payment is due upon enrollment unless installment plans are agreed. We accept cards, bank transfer, and other methods as indicated. Subscriptions or recurring payments will be clearly disclosed. Refunds: Full money-back guarantee within 7 days of course start if you are not satisfied. Contact us to request a refund. After 7 days, no refunds except at our discretion.

Conduct Guidelines

You agree to behave respectfully in workshops, forums, and communications. Prohibited activities include: harassment, plagiarism, sharing course materials without permission, disruptive behavior, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these guidelines.

Termination Clause

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to courses if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct we deem harmful. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases, except for materials you have lawfully downloaded.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Giza, Egypt.
